| Extras | Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Bath, Additional Kitchen, etc. | $40.00 each |
| W.E.T.T. Inspection | If included with a Standard Inspection | $185.00 per appliance |
| W.E.T.T. Inspection | Stand alone | $300.00 per appliance |
| Septic Inspection | If included with a Standard Inspection | $250.00 |
| Septic Inspection | Stand Alone | $350.00 |
| Consulting / Construction Solutions | $200.00 per hour | |
| Expert Witness | Minimum 4 hours | $250.00 per hour |
Please Note
- The cost of a standard home inspection is based on the complexity of the home and will vary based on factors such as; extra buildings, hot tubs, saunas, steam baths, multi-units, boilers etc. Please contact our office for further information.
- Septic Inspection Fees do not include tank pumping costs.
- Septic Inspection Fees do not include digging greater than 12 inches to access septic lids.
- All service fees are subject to HST.
